Annie on the Run
It’s springtime, that time of year when running makes everything better. Today, we’re going to do just that to the benchmark “Annie”.
We’ll be starting off each round with a 400m run so we’re nice and revved up for the double unders and situps. Keep those midlines tight and spring through your glutes so your shins and calves don’t get fried!
