Hey Team –

Fun one for you tomorrow.

5 Rounds for time:

15 Deadlifts (225/155)

15 WallBalls (20/14)

15 Toes to Bar

Yes – toes to bar. I had a large handful of y ‘all who looked at the programming board and asked me what “Hb” was. I have THE WORST handwriting so ttb looks like Hb. So now you know, it’s Toes to Bar!

Gang, for today, we want to be moving and grooving through these deadlifts, so chose a weight that allows you to do that for at least 3 of the 5 rounds. Next up, wall balls. Y’alll know how I feel about those. Try to keep those broken up into bigger sets and work on your breathing. I like to breath out at the top of the wall (while the ball is in the air) that keeps me from getting super smoked. Then we have the toes to bar – these will smoke your grip and mid-line to so keep that in mind when choosing your deadlift weight.
