Sprint ‘n Carry
We’re doing a lot of moving on our feet today! After hitting 5 heavy sets of squats at the same weight, we’ll be combining springing, carrying and push ups in a 12 minute AMRAP.
Do your best to make the sprint just that. We’ll be coming right back in to pick up some dumbbells and carry them as quickly as we can (a much shorter distance) before we finish up the round with a decently large set of push ups. Once the round is done, get those arms cranking and get back up that hill!
