Snatches and 7’s
We’re maxing out again today, this time finding our 3 rep max for our power snatch. While we’re only giving you ten minutes to find it, that should be plenty of time to get pretty close to your absolute max. If you don’t already have numbers for your power snatch, make sure you record your work today.
After that we’ll hit a spicy triplet that could stretch out a bit, especially if those double unders get away from you.
