Counting is hard

Nick | 06/25/2019 | 2

We all know how hard counting can be, especially in the midst of the high intensity workouts that we put ourselves through.  Today it might be a little extra tricky as the numbers don’t follow any easy pattern.

This is why we have mini white boards!  You are highly encouraged to use one in today’s WOD.  23 minutes is a long time, certainly long enough to lose track of what we’re doing and where we are in the workout.  Set up your whiteboard so you don’t need to use a marker during the workout.  This is often done by drawing lines that you wipe off tick marks from with your finger.  This saves you time and helps prevent us from ruining markers constantly.

WOD:

AMRAP 23

21 cal row

18 wallballs (20/14)

18 DB snatch (50/35)

21 double unders
