Cycling the bar
Today we’ll be working on cycling the barbell through clean and jerks. We’ll have the opportunity to hone this as a skill and then apply it directly to the WOD.
In the WOD we’ll be taking two minutes to get through 12 box jumps and 12 toes to bar and then as many clean and jerks as we can. At 2 minutes, we’ll stop and rest for 1 minute before we start back over at the beginning!

Ben – Really liked seeing you commit to cycling those C&Js during the WOD this morning. Nice work.

WoD: 29 reps @ 115#. About 70% TTB the rest were knee raises as I couldn’t keep up with the TTB given the 2 minute round cap.
