Hey Team –

We have a new cycle starting this week! Hooray! For this new cycle our focus will be time under tension and also grip. The goal being to move a bit quicker under short to medium time domains and to be able to grip the bar or rings without ripping your hands.

Alright, gang, we have a time cap on Fran and here’s why. Some of the best Fran times in the world are sub 4:00. That is some quick exercising! We want you all to get the same stimulus from this work out as those people who are putting up 4:00 times. So just because you can do the RX weight or pull ups, maybe doesn’t mean that you should. We want you to be moving fast, keeping those thruster reps in two sets or less per round. We’ll get pull ups figured out for y’all as well – trying to make sure we don’t run down to singles!

YOU CAN ALL DO THIS. it will hurt, but it’ll be over quick.
