Long Runs
We’ve got a big 2 rounder for you today with a couple of long (for CrossFit) runs. Try to stay light on your feet and let your upper body lead the way. Once you get in the door, just keep chipping away at those big sets!

800m run
50 double unders
40 DB snatches (50/35)
30 sit ups
