Long Week
You might have noticed us stretching out the time domains a little bit on you… it’s not a coincidence. We’re ending the week with another long-ish WOD that includes ring dips for a nicely strengthy gymnastic element, perfect for going into your weekend! For those who were here Wednesday, these wallballs will be a nice way to work out the residual soreness from them front squats. Since almost all your coaches are out on vacation, it’ll be JT all day coaching – and everyone knows JT Time is Magic Time.
Reminder: we’re throwing a bit of a party on Sunday 10am-1pm during Open Gym. Of course you’re welcome to come work out, but we’ll also have the grill going and be cooking up chicken and burgers for folks. Nelly is bringing beers and ciders to share, and Mike is leading the organizing around a little cleanup effort around the gym – pulling weeds, moving gear, etc. Many hands make light work, and we’d love it if you came by to grab some food and a drink with friends while helping make CFSV even nicer!
Also, the Lost&Found is now fair game, so we’ll have ALL the items spread out on tarps during the party. Reclaim your gear, or help yourself to some new items others have left behind. After the party, we’re donating anything we have left over.

This escalated quickly, and after one round of ring dips I could hardly move my arms for the WB
