All open, all the time
It’s another open WOD today! This one is a chipper style AMRAP from 2014 that most won’t get through one whole round of.
This one came out before “Scaled” versions of open WODs were released. Scale as needed, but also note the value of working through harder versions of movements than you are used to. You are not expected to fly through this one. Instead work methodically and “chip away” at as much work as you can until 14 minutes is up.
