If you were in on Wednesday, you should feel pretty ready for this one.  It starts with a classic – “Diane”.  21-15-9 of deadlifts and handstand push ups.  Once through that, you’ll face another 21-15-9 reps of heavier deadlifts paired with handstand walks!

All of this work has a 9 minute cap on it, so how far you get depends on how you scale.  As per usual, the “official” scale pairs things down quite a bit and really allows you to move fast.  Tune in your scales, pick your fight, and get after it.
