We’re getting right after working on the details of that beep test, today focusing on the bottom of the front squat.  If we want to crank out fast thrusters with ease, we’ll need to be good friends with a stabgle bottom.

We’ll have plenty of time to work on that as we hold the bottom of our squats today for a full 3 seconds.  Don’t cheat this – as they say, you’re only cheating yourself.  While this hold will probably limit your load, it will help with many things that weight alone won’t fix.
