AMRAP 15 #2
Another 15 minute AMRAP faces us today, but with a very different feels from yesterday.
We’ll be spending a bit of time working on our kipping as we get warmed up. Then, we’ll be hitting sets of 5 all the way through. Because of the low rep count, we’re looking to get more of you going for harder, more dynamic versions of all of today’s movements.
Make sure your transitions are smooth, but bite off a bit more than usual today. That’s where change comes form.
