Way to push through todays WOD guys. It was raining and gross! Y’all killed it.

Here is what we have for you tomorrow:

8 Rounds for Time:

5 Hang Power Snatch (115/85)

10 Push Ups

30 Double Unders

time cap: 20:00 min

Today will be all about the snatch, they will be heavy. Something that you WON’T be able to do 5 unbroken for. You’ll need to think about these reps before you do them, and actually drop under the bar to make it happen. Push ups I want y’all to chose a scale that you can do at least the first two rounds of this unbroken. The dubs are there to gas you. If you don’t have doubles we’ll have you choose a scale that you can keep unbroken or close to it. Let’s get the work out done in 15-18 minutes.

    WoD : 17:42 85# Cleans instead of Snatches (Shoulder issues). I am so glad that I didn’t break DUs too much. Practice makes perfect (almost).
