Squat n run
A sharp couplet pairing a heavy grind with nimble speed awaits us today. It’s just 50 squats, but these squats are heavy and they’re broken up by a sprint every minute and a half. Bite off a big chunk early, before the first run and then work to be consistent as you chip away at the rest. Simple on its surface, this one has quite the bite if you load yourself well.
