Changing up the rhythm of workouts that you know well can give them a totally different effect.  Today’s WOD tastes a lot like Murph, but comes at you fast and doesn’t let up.

Do your best to get through your indoor work quickly and smoothly, and don’t dog the run!  It won’t be easy, but that’s why we’re here in the first place.

    I had to scale it down due to wrist pain, especially the KBS

    This whole thing hit me WAY harder than I expected, but the KB swings in particular kicked my ass.
