Some of you who have been with us for a while might remember one of my favorite tools in the gym is the sandbag.  You might have noticed a new sandbag or two show up recently.  The good news is that we’re getting sandbags back!  The bad news is they’re not ready yet.

Fret not!  Today we’ll be doing a classic sandbag move (the bear crawl sandbag drag) with a dumbbell!  This, along with some box jumps and step overs will be our WOD as well as a warm up for some heavy ass squats!

WOD:

AMRAP 8

20 box jumps (24/20)

10 DB step overs (50/35)

50′ reverse bear crawl (w/ 1 DB)
