A Jerk and a Row
We’re keeping it simple today – 2 movements, one for strength, one for conditioning. With so few things to worry about, it should be easy to stay focused and get as much as we can out of a few moves.
There will be plenty of time to hone in some jerk details that you might not have worked out yet. The WOD is lightning fast, with literally nothing but your will between the start and the finish.
