Pumpkin Fun
It’s Halloween! That means a) RX+ if you come in costume and b0 pumpkin (medball) themed WOD!
Our Tabata 20 will be cycling through five movements, all of which will involve the same med ball. 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. If you’ve done Tabata WODs before, you’ll know that 10 seconds will not feel like rest and 20 minutes will seem like a lot longer. Find a rhythm and don’t let the clock get ahead of you!
WOD:
TABATA 20
Overhead MB lunge steps (20/14)
MB sit ups
MB burpees
wall balls
MB Russian twists

WoD: 380 reps @ 20# WB “plus or minus 5%” (to quote Dr. Bain at 5:30 AM class this morning)
WOD: I did it, though I have no idea how many reps @16WB
