We have two tricky movements today that offer lots of opportunity for progress.  The snatch and the muscle up are arguable the most technical weightlifting and gymnastic movement in CrossFit, respectively.

You’ll have time to hone in both and then find a way to apply them effectively to a WOD.

STR:

Snatch x3

Touch and Go

WOD:

6 rounds

10 power snatch (75/55)

2 muscle ups (scale to 5 jumping muscle ups)

    Chicken wing MUs all the way, ugly but got the job done.
