Lifting on the clock

We’re starting with a quickie WOD today to get us ready for some heavy lifting.  Unlike much of our strength work, we’re going to let the clock tell us when to lift.

The lifts today are technical, so we’ll need to stay focused to be sure we’re successful across the 8 minutes we’ll be working.  The heavier you go, the smoother you’ll need to be!

WOD:

AMRAP 8

8 plate snatch (45/35)

8 plate squats

18 double unders

STR:

EMOM 8

1 hi hang power snatch +

1 below the knee hang power snatch +

1 snatch
