What a great party! It was wonderful to see so many of you dressed up, and especially cool to have so many kids in the space running around. Thanks for helping us kick off a new year with some festive conversation.
Not gonna lie, this week of programming is going to be intense. We’re starting it off with a bang, too – returning to the thrusters and rowing just when your legs have recovered from Friday’s Frannish/2k combo. You get more rest the faster you go, so dig deep and try to keep each round fast! We expect each round to allow for 2-3 minutes of rest and 2-3 minutes of work.
