10 push ups
10 sit ups
We will be getting good and heavy with our back squats. Then we have a quickie wod. I want y’all to be flying through this one. JT has challenged me to complete 10 rounds of this work out. I want y’all to choose scaling options that allow you to try to keep up with me! Y’all can do it!
