Lucky 7’s
While the number seven might be lucky, today it’ll make for a WOD that doesn’t let up.
Every movement today takes your full body through a large range of motion. The tuck jumps ask us to leap off the ground and bring our thighs to our chest, and then rebound off the ground for the next rep. The dumbbell squat clean and jerks are glorified thrusters that start with a clean from the ground. And the burpee pull ups are just as they sound – get down to the floor and then get your chin over the bar.
Seven reps a round might not seem like a lot, but with the range of motion of each of these, they will add up fast.
