Squats, swings and jumps
Burpee box jump overs to be exact! We’re starting off getting heavy with a bar for some front squats, then sprinting through a quick burner that’s another chance to practice not stopping.
This one will be a bit less grippy than yesterday and much more about keeping your engine in the red. There’s not much to it, but it doesn’t take much with the right focus to get the feeling we’re looking for.
