High and Tight
Being stable in our squat is the goal for the day. Keeping our front squats super active will prep us for our high box jumps in the WOD.
While these box jumps are higher than usual, that shouldn’t be an excuse to land in a sloppy, passive position. While we’re not expecting you to land in the “power position” with your hips above your knees (though if you have it, go for it), we do want to land in at least an active squat. So jump high, and land tight.
