Heavy legs

It’s a long one today, and the combination of deadlifts into running is sure to make you wonder where your legs went.  Shake off that heavy weight as quick as you can and stay light on your feet.  You’re going to need to stay limber through the run and burpees to get through this one!

WOD:

5 rounds

400m run

10 lateral burpees over the bar

5 deadlifts (275/185)
