Fight gone bad(ish)
Today’s WOD has a different flavor, giving us a full minute at a time to accumulate as many reps as we can of just one movement. After four consecutive minutes working, we get one off to recover and repeat. Three rounds through accumulating as many reps as you can.
We’ll start the day off with some barbell lunges. We’re looking to load these up, but be sure you don’t load beyond your ability to control the weight. There isn’t a great way to bail these, so be sure you’re in control.
