If you came in on Tuesday expecting toes to bar and deadlifts, you probably got a bit of a surprise when it was a completely different WOD!  That was actually Wednesday’s workout (for real this time).

We’re climbing up a toes to bar ladder while we climb down a deadlift ladder.  Stay braced and move quick!

WOD:

1-10 toes to bar

10-1 deadlifts (225/155)
