Tracking numbers
You’ve probably noticed the large white board in the hallways by now. As JT has mentioned in past blogs, this is here to help us keep track of our numbers so they are readily available to help us make choices in class. As coaches, we are consistently asked “how much weight should I use”. The answer is almost always “it depends”. And much of what it depends on is the max weight you are able to handle.
Today is your chance to test your 3rm power clean. This info will be useful immediately as we’ll be doing power cleans in the workout as well. One way or the other, make sure you record your max so we can reference it in the future.
