Squat run push
We’ll be starting the day with some squats on the clock that we’ll be doing sets across. After that, we’ll be hitting an EMOM that alternates minutes between running and handstand push ups. The idea is to practice the HSPU when we’re winded, but still get to approach them a little like “strength” work. Sprint through your run and then get to work!
