Today we’re hitting a shorty the likes of which we would normally couple with barbell strength of some sort. Instead of that, we’ll be doing a little post-WOD banger of some lateral movement and gymnastic positions. While this isn’t out traditional strength work, you can get a lot out of working these movements especially when pre-fatigued.
