Locking out
We’re starting the day with some front squats and then hitting a WOD with a jump rope and a kettlebell.
Other than some standard movements, we’ll be seeing a waiters walk with the kettlebell. This will involve holding the KB locked out overhead while we walk across the room and back. Keep that core tight and drive up to the ceiling and you’ll stay balanced for your trip!
