press up, pull up, jump up
We’re moving on up today (as we tend to do), pressing weight overhead, pulling our weight up to a bar and jumping our weight on to a box.
We’ll get started with some push press for strength, then we’ll tie that into the AMRAP with some pull ups and box jumps.
