Hey friends! Sorry for the late post on this one, but wanted to let you know today’s WOD is a technical one with rope climbs and over head squats. Be sure to bring your long pants/socks/shin guards so you can focus on the rope climb technique and not how rashy it’s making your leg.

For the OHS today, be ready to find a weight that is “Strengthy and Deliberate” meaning, it’s heavy and you have to focus on getting the sets done. Since this weight won’t magically appear in the start position, it will be a weight you have to dynamically move (READ: SNATCH) so, be ready to rock this like it’s the Casbah!

WOD:
9-6-3 Rope Climbs
21-15-9 Over Head Squats (135/95)
