Open Season
If you didn’t see already, the CrossFit Open is moving to the fall! (Don’t know what I’m talking about? Check it out here!)
In preparation, today we’ll be getting after an Open workout from 2015. This one closed out the season and was certainly a bruiser. We’re putting a 25 minute cap on this one, but we’d prefer it if you scale to finish!
