Carry a load

Nick | 09/24/2019 | 6

We pick things up and put them down quite often here, but generally we find ourselves more useful if, after we pick something up, we move it somewhere else before setting it down again.

With that in mind, today we’ll be carrying a plate with us on our run.  A plate is an awkward object to hang on to while trying to move through space quickly and is sure to challenge your body’s stabilization strategies.  Do your best to keep tension in your core and don’t get locked down carrying the weight any one way – variety can be your friend with this one.

WOD:

5 rounds

40 double unders

400m plate run (25/15)

15 burpees to plate
