Jose and his painting crew have completed the exterior. Jim and his merry band of ninjas are knocking it outta the park and our bathrooms and office area are pretty much cleaned up and ready to go! DISCLAIMER: We have some high powered flushing toilets!

Also, this morning the Fire Marshal and Fire Alarm Inspector came by and they signed off on everything!!! This is great news. Monday morning at 10am, god-willing, our final building inspection is happening. IF that goes kosher, then we will be set to go! I’m fucking pumped. So this weekend I’ll be setting up the flooring and doing some touch up work on the walls, cleaning floors etc. Thanks for hanging in there, guys. This will all be a funny story soon.
