Update
Building inspection went great. The only thing we absolutely needed to add was a wheelchair ramp to access the office area. This was handled later the same day, by Jim “I get shit done” Lockwood. A picture was taken, then sent over to the Certificate office of Somerville. Once we have that Certificate of Occupancy, guys, we will be ready to go! This could literally be in days……keep em’ crossed!
Also, our equipment starts arriving tomorrow and we will be beautifying the space as quickly as we can. Stay tuned!
Yup, that's a brand new heater. Gonna make for a nice toasty winter.
