wod: 4+3 Rx for the first one, and 3 even at 75# for the second one

Definitely something I won’t soon fogert…wow! I’ve been doing this kind of training for years, and even did some on the weekend – I stirred some dough in a bowl, that counts as circular strength training, right? : – ) lol
