TIME!!!
Through my experience in Crossfit, nothing beats the finish. Laying on your back attributing the sweat angel to the countless amount of power you just exerted. What propels us to said position, what gets us to alleviate the pain, is the accomplished time. So what better break from the pain than shouting it out loud. TIME! It’s invigorating, yet liberating at the same time. Try it on for size next time you wod.
