Todays workout is a little different. Two separate movements to do in a single round but only one will count towards your overall score. One will just become a pain in the ass while the other will be what to shoot for. Your best bet is to try and get the first movement out of the way as quickly as possible to leave yourself enough tine to get as many reps as you can, of the second. This is one where you’ll have to push HARD in order to get the highest amount of reps possible.

STRENGTH: Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5

WOD: 4 Rounds

-Every minute start with 5 burpees and with the remaining time, max rep Double Unders or Single Unders.
