There’s a lot of magic in the simple.  Today brings us two goals: move a load from our shoulders to over our head and to lower and raise out center of gravity holding something in front of us.  Not much to it and yet so much to gain from it.  So come on in and get some work done.

    Great job to Olivia, Maralene, and all the other competitors from Fenway. It was awesome watching you all. I hope one day to be at that level.

      You totally would have held your own out there too! Thanks for coming and supporting us! And thanks to everyone else who came out, watched the live stream, or checked up on us online yesterday. It was nice to know that at least a few people were watching US while the rest of the crowd drooled over Froning… 🙂

    YAY Monday Night! Tricia reminded me she has not wodded with me in forever. This is true. I can’t wake up for the morning classes and I’ve spent my Monday nights squatting for the past many weeks. TWAS FUN MONDAYERS

    PP – 100# 5RM (yay a PR!)

    WOD – 9:21 @ 65#

    I did beauty queens with 53# Kb and a few of those “sit up against the wall and hold your arms against it and try to raise them while keeping them on the wall” Nick specials BEFORE KP warming us up so my shoulders were ready for KP to shout HEAD THROUGH! LOCK OUT! Turns out she didn’t have to yell at all! 🙂
