For Those of you interested in the future of Union Square (and our gym for that matter) and want to have your voices heard, there are a few dates that have been released (listed below) that we’d love to have a presence at. For those of you who are interested in being a part of our projects here at the gym, our first work party is this Sunday! Come help us build the foundation for chicken coops, vegetable beds and enjoy food and merriment with your fellow CrossFitters. I took it slow and deliberate (especially on the descent) on the rope climbs cause of my ankles.
