For Those of you interested in the future of Union Square (and our gym for that matter) and want to have your voices heard, there are a few dates that have been released (listed below) that we’d love to have a presence at.  For those of you who are interested in being a part of our projects here at the gym, our first work party is this Sunday!  Come help us build the foundation for chicken coops, vegetable beds and enjoy food and merriment with your fellow CrossFitters.  And for those who just want to work out, bring your long socks today! =)

I forgot to pack my socks today.

If anyone has an extra can I use it? If not I’ll be doing that pistol squat AMRAP i’ve been dying to try …

  2. Lydia says:

    Press: 60#
WOD: 24 with scaled rope and 45# S2OH

Great effort and tenacity from the all-grrl 7:30 class!

  3. Daniel LeMoose says:

    Press:
    warm up- 45×5, 75×5, 95×5, 115×5
    working- 135# across
+ combination of straight leg raises to horizontal and knee tucks.

    WOD: 13 (3-2-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1) RX
I took it slow and deliberate (especially on the descent) on the rope climbs cause of my ankles.

  4. Renee says:

    Press: 80#

WOD: 11 rope climbs with 55#. Honestly, I had enough time to do 2 ascents most rounds but chose not to. If you’re wondering why you can ask me some time about my feelings on “the ROI of rope climbing for fitness”
