Handstand Pushups and Pistols
Today we are learning two brand new elements to help take our fitness to the next level. One has us upside down requiring extreme midline stabilization, while the other requires an immense amount of focus and balance. Everyone is progressing very well, so don’t be surprised to see the intensity cranked up a bit in the coming weeks. Train hard. Live well.
