Thanks to all who came out to support those participating in the final open workout as well as those who attended KPs party for reminding us all once again what a great community we are all lucky enough to be a part of. The weekend’s over though, so it’s time to get back to work. At least spring is kind of here… Get ready for more open-door classes!

WOD: 5:20 RXish (I did 20 DUs every round instead because I can’t think)
FS: 85#, which is kind of a 5 rep PR for my new better depth
WOD: 6:28 with 10# wallball and single unders. Went easy cuz OMG so sore from those thrusters. Dang thrusters.
