Today we’re digging way back to a WOD that we first posted after about a month of our doors being open.  For those of you who have been around since the inception of CrossFit Somerville, it’s a chance to see what changes two and a half years of CrossFit can make.  For those of you who haven’t been around that whole time, here’s your chance to beat Coach Nick’s score (as one of two people who posted that day).

    Nice work by the morning classes, per usual. Great positioning breakthroughs on the front rack, and a few big PRs!

    Hey Buds! Its Fuzzy Ben’s birthday and to celebrate we are being super creative and going to the Independent for cold ones after the 6pm class.
