Beekeeping Seminar
Hey friends! This Saturday at 11:30am we’ll be hosting 30 minute presentation on beekeeping followed by an opening/demo of the CFSV roof-top beehive. All CFSV members and friends are welcome! Email projects@crossfitsomerville.com with any questions. Let us know about any bee allergies as well, but know we do have an epi pen on site.

Deadlift: 265# PR by 20# (did a crap job counting, got this on the 4th set and failed the 5th)
WOD: 14:11 (500m row instead of run)
DL: 245#, 265# for 1 but could feel my back rounding so I quit there.
WOD: 11:26. Reversed the run and went out the Prospect St door for a few rounds and appreciated the change of pace.
