Doing 100 of anything can be a daunting task, so sometimes we like to add a little motivation.  Would you move faster knowing that the longer you wait to finish, the more extra work you’ll have to do?  Today’s WOD is just 100 hang power cleans, but every minute on the minute we’ll have 4 burpees over the bar to do.  Be crisp on those cleans – you don’t want this one to drag out.

You’ll also notice our push press today have the same theme as yesterday’s deadlifts.  We’ll be working p to a heavy working weight and doing sets across.  While we certainly don’t want these to be sloppy, we are looking to be getting some serious volume moving close to our max weights.  So load up and put some heavy stuff over your head.

@90% of 1rm or across at previous 3rm

WOD:

100 hang power cleans (95/65)
EMOM 4 burpees over bar (starting at “go”)

    WOD: 4:54rx. Broke the cleans into 25/23/21/17/14. I really like wods where there’s an incentive, and what better incentive than avoiding burpees! 🙂
