Moar wigglin!
This Saturday,11/8, I’ll be holding another “Wigglin’ with Nick” session from 9-10am. This time through we’ll be spending a little more time on some myofascial release techniques (rolling, lax ball work, etc.), band work, partner stretches, and (of course) some movement exploration to help make the changes we make to ourselves last.
